A graduate of Harvard Law School and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Laura has practiced labor and employment law for over 20 years at Payne & Fears, a distinguished California firm. Laura has advised and represented companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 200 conglomerates, and individuals ranging from home health aides to executives. Laura also served as Co-Chair of the Orange County Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section.

Drawing from her experience as a litigator, Laura now serves as a mediator in legal disputes of all types.
